my latest gear purchase too..

was a set of panniers for my commuter bike, not fair when you think that my wife just got her mini cooper s with racing stripes and i'm still driving the family truckster....

What did you get?

Hey Brad, what panniers did you wind up getting, I saw your post on the ACA classifieds..

I commute on a set of Carradice Super-Cs, actually only one of them since they are cavernous. I'll bring in the other one if I need to do some grocery shopping on the way home but usually I am a one-bag commuter...

went with...

the rei traverse and rei expedition. have yet to use them. i am pedaling into france come memorial day weekend for about five days, through alsace-lorraine so that will probably be my first trip with them....
