Cutting back on park services....

i know the answer is not this simple, but i know i pay taxes and other fees when i get
there, i just hate to see the park service get the short end of the stick so much.....

Just a sign of the times. National Parks are not even near being a priority with this administration. Perhaps if we changed the title of the Park Ranger to "terrorist fighter" they'd see an increase in funding. With that said,(had to get it out...), the Park Service will go the way of National Forests, having to rely more and more upon volunteers to fill the cracks...either that, or continue to raise fees for entrance, car-camping, back-country permits, etc....I mean....if we're not gonna drill for oil out there in them parks, we might as well make them inaccessable to the masses....Ed
