Unfortunately, my binding screws have busted the threads on my board inserts. Is it possible to: a) replace the inserts b) tap a new thread into the insert using a die? Please help!
Both are avenues, but tapping the insert using a die would be preferred. Sorry, but I don't know the exact size to use for the job.

Thanks Mark, I shall give this a go as the alternative is having to buy a new board. :mad: I'll get a die 2mm bigger than the current size and then some new screws to fit. Bottom line is even if I f*ck it up, I'm no worse off than I am now!
