Nevada City

[Greyhound]

So my parents recently moved up to Nevada City, (near Auburn, below Tahoe), and I am wondering if anybody has any backpacking experience in that area. I have been looking at some hiking books and Mount Lola seems interesting, but I'd like to here from people who have been in that area.
