Ankle is definitely cool... On ice... rolled it last night playing indoor volleyball... first time... weird looking down at your foot and seeing this tennis ball sized growth sticking off your ankle right above your shoe... Yah, not hot...

Anyway, not bad for Miss Universe. I'd get over the fact she's an import as well.

No other injuries today... I think... :) Two words that still seem foreign to me: Moderation and Pace. At least when playing sports, etc... It's all or nothing.

And well, I've been coming up with nothing a little more often lately... I'm too young to be this old... or something like that.

Anyway, it's just a temporary thing... I think... Looks better today. Only about 25% of my foot is black/blue from bruising. Can't be that bad.. ;)
