Wow... Those are some serious colors... Gotta love this time of the year out there.

I'm still thinking of playing in the snow next weekend. Bit behind the springtime curve out west here.

That's a lot of color! Where was that taken?

I have Death Valley flowers from 2 weekends ago: http://community.webshots.com/album/333712345oKuyGu

More from March by Badwater: http://community.webshots.com/photo/302546754/303117844pZsxdE

I tried posting pics on another site and it didn't work. So I'll just stick to links.

The person who forwarded that pic to me, mentioned it was taken somewhere in the Grapevine area. If I hadn't seen with my own eyes the spectacular flowers we got here in the hills just east of Lake Elsinore, then I'd be inclined to think it was photo-shopped....but, this was indeed one of those winters that only come around once in a while, heh? :) Simply fantastic. Still at the PO. Working my ace off. I have tried to get them to run me off. No luck. I even misbehaved but still no luck. Just more overtime. As a result I haven't been able to get out in the woods or up to the hi country much this last year. More help at the PO is on its way and being the senior things as looking up. I was just thinking about our trip this morning as a matter of fact. I really did enjoy trail sweeping for all of the rest of ya. I have never seen such a group of diversified strangers that got along so well with each other. It was as if we were a group of long lost friends. Such is life. So good to hear from you. Keith
