Unfortunatly, prospective new members will not have the advantage of having Norbert pre-blocked, and might be detered from joining when they see the kind of posting he does. If there is hope of growing this community I think more pro-active measures might be needed, but only a moderater, as Wayne-O did resently, can do so.
