Well, I've been to my hottie Doc, she was quite impressed that I skateboard and used the injury as an obvious excuse to fondle my knee....ok, maybe this was all some fantasy I was living. Had it X-rayed, nothing broke. Going to sports medecine clinic at UBC for MRI next week, it's better actually, still stiffens up a lot, but the pain factor is lessening at least.

I am making progress, though. I finally got my board waxed...by a rocket scientist, no less! (A buddy who works for JPL.) Let me just say, I'm now a little concerned for our space program. Rocket scientist, while slapping wax around: "Eh, that's good enough. It'll get smoothed out when you take a run or two." :eek:

I went to Vegas. At one point, I was up 16 cents! (Playing penny slots.) Saw a bawdy version of the Cirque du Soleil act, with topless chicks and bottomless men doing acrobatics. Cool, huh?

Any freshly-made turns in your recent past?Now that the first tantrumette has a season pass, we can't seem to get her off the slope. We've had about 10 days in together so far, plus the 2 days in Tahoe so it's been nice. The new malamutes are super fine.:D
