got tired of waiting for snow, so hit Whistler along with 25,000 of my closest friends! Damn it was crowded...sheesh even.. nice to get out, might take Friday off if snow happens...
Anyways, ended up at the Amsterdam for a few hours talking to these girls from San Diego (one was really cute) who left there just as Mammoth was getting a huge dump. Bad timing but I'm sure they'll at least get lucky!

You still remember how to ride? Looks like the NW has been hurting this year. Actually it's the worst that I've seen for up there. At least it's snowing again in Tahoe, so your bad is our good, thanks! Hopefully I can make a trip up there this spring, bring your nanny. Also, leave your 25,000 friends at home when I show up, unless they are from San Diego. They know how to make them down there.

Is that US, or CDN?
Either way, lots of bodies for you to ogle.
E is correct about the ladies of SD. Natural-beauty-type scenario.
And, yes, Mammoth is getting a proper fluffing! Expecting at least six feet of new goo by end of this weekend.
So, when should I expect you at LAX? I think next Tuesday will be the day. The teeming hordes will be back at work or school; the slackers and canucks will rule the day.

I know Mammoth has gotten snow, but we're up to 4' in the last 2 days as of this morning. I've gotten another 8 to 10" since 7am. This is at my house!Too bad all the areas are basically closed.

went riding, not scared San Diego girls. Rode Wed and Thursday at Gore in Upstate NY. Finally got my legs under me and had a great time. Hit some jumps, carved a lot. Oh, and ice! They have the best ice in the NE. It's really quite wonderful. Chuckie would have loved it.
Hopefully I'll make it out to CO at some point this year. I'm feeling the draw for some pow!

I should probably make a wisecrack about you gettin' 8-10" this morning, but I'm feeling demure today.
Avalanche warnings now in effect up yonder!
I'm sure come early next week, once this system clears out, Tahoe will be all yours for the taking.
P.S. canuck, no, I haven't been up yet. I suck. This coming week I have plans to go to the local mtns to take ski lessons. Skiing! Like I said, I suck.

ll Just remember that a proper “fluffing” needs to be followed by a good face shot

...a good face shot
Facials are for girlie-girls, not tomboys, silly wabbit.
But bringing it back above the belt: how are you? And, where are you? Will we see the Jib-Van camped next to the natural hotsprings in the eastern Sierra this year?

You made some turns already? Sweet, Sweets!
Jumps on ice? What are you, nuts? Or, what have you, nuts?
Ice scares me. Unless it's blended with clear tequila and some green liquid stuff. Otherwise, Eek!
You and your typos. It's CA, not CO, that you want to come visit this season. I washed the sofa cover since canuck slept on it, if that's what's holding you back.

Passed the 30 day ski mark, living in Utah. Love it, don’t know why I was where I was living for so long. (nice wording hu ?
No road trips for awhile, unemployment runs out very soon ……….job time. Think I’ll just find something that will let me get buy for the rest of the season. Best two winters of my life, highly recommend the mini quarter life retirement. I’m not leaving this place, like to call it home.
Today was fluffy tomorrow will be fluffy. Much cold creamy fuzz.
Have fun with the lessons and work up to the fat skis, snowboarding will slowly become a silly thing of the past. :p :D
Guess I’m a girlie-girl because I’ve been getting spoiled with face shots. The only problem is that my mascara runs after it melts.

...now that is an impressive statement, and one I don't hear very often. Seems like a lot of people just want to be somewhere else.
Utah is spoon-lickingly sweet and tasty. Love the landscape there.
Watch your be-hind in that backcountry, yes? The avy death toll there is fierce this year already, but I know you'll be smart about it.
And yeah, I'm a big proponent of sabbaticals, too. My two-year stint is drawing to a close. It's been weird, but good-weird.
Sorry about the mascara. I get my brows and lashes dyed to prevent post-splorch runnage.

Honey, please. I don't have a "rug" next to my "couch." Too unhygienic.
Eeks back at ya.
Your new lady looks *good* on that board, btw! Muy cute. But yeah, she should probably learn to turn so she can kill time while waiting for you to catch up? Heh heh.

You and your typos. It's CA, not CO, that you want to come visit this season. It could be COCA if he planned it right. Or CACO if he went backwards. Either way, it sounds like a party.

Glad to hear ya made it out to the snow... Funny how riding dirt can mess you up... If anything I thought it would have helped. Heavier board, etc... Show's how little I know... agan....
