Our plan A fell through due to lack of dragons for sale, but ended up with one of these.
Big fleet here, another in California...I like the boat in the pic named "Gretzky"...the guys are wearing 99 jerseys!

anybody wanna come sailing?

But I don't think I'd make it throught the door at the RVYC. Do you have an ascot I could borrow?

Do you have sparkly plastic streamers on the handlebars, too?
:p

Seriously, though, congrats! Damn, that looks fun.

Look at all those blue jeans. Remind me, while you're down in L.A., to introduce you, and by extension, your countrymen, to this fantastic new synthetic product, Gortex. ;)

Hey, maybe we can name the boat after a bottle of something nice? Cristal...Silver Oak (overrated Yuppie wine of yore, IMO)...Bartles and James... :D

Or perhaps something out of a can: PBR? Chicken of the Sea?

I am especially good on the foredeck. At least I was a looooong time ago. Can you run a spinniker (sp?) on that thing? It's really cute.
Can you sail year round up there or do you have to dry dock in the winter?

I really miss LA. I miss my cousins. I miss the ocean, and I miss driving the twisty roads.
Got any pictures to share yet?

Last time I was on a boat, I only caught one fish AND I was hungover!

I can sail like an American though....

too late, some cheesy tourist shop here has taken your name...they sell little ashtrays with braided rope around the outside of them...that kindof stuff.

you could still use the name for a boat if you like of course!

-our boat deal fell apart at the last minute. The guy apparently promised his "neighbour" last shot at it....bastage

plenty of more fish in the sea

PS> you should reallly go to Venice Beach...really!

Whattup senor - been a while. I hope something works out soon, because the sooner you get a boat, the sooner you get use the word "dingy" in every other sentence and that alone makes the purchase worth while...

huhu, he said "dingy"...

Good to see ya AC. So, where in south lake is your new place? Still have that hairy futon for folks who don't mind being licked to death to crash on? Hmmm... That sounds bad...

We moved to South Lake - right on Regan Beach on Lakevew ave off of 50. Dope view - we're really stoked we got the place. And yah, still have the futon and Otis - so you can stretch out after riding and get slobbered on by the big guy...
