Hi Guys,
While this is not fly fishing I'm sure some of you guys have great experience of fishing in general and so will be of great assistance :)
I have only been fishing once before, I understand what the rod is, the reel, bait, weights, hooks etc. Now, I intend to continue fishing in lakes (coarse fishing is it called?) but also we hope to do a spot of sea fishing. We are going to Anglesey (UK seaside town) in 3 weeks and I am going to buy myself a rod, reel etc for this trip.
Now, can I buy an "all round" rod that will be good for sea fishing off rocks as well as when I get back home and want to go fishing in local lakes? Or is it necassary to get one of each (bear in mine I am a beginner so I dont want to spend alot).
If you have any ideas of the brands I should be looking at or even if you could point me in the direction of a rod / reel combo that will suit both then do point me in the direction.
Thanks for any help.
