Burton X Base Binding 4x4 mounting discs NEEDED please!

Hello, I have Burton x base bindings and am looking for the 4x4 mounting discs for them. The bindings are pre -1999, and were made smaller than the current versions. If anyone has a set of these smaller size discs that will fit, please let me know. I'd be happy to purchase them via paypal.
