Okay, so I need to replace my trusty old Mountain Hardwear Windstopper Tech jacket, and thought I'd step up to a nicer windproof soft shell...

I'm a bit torn though, and not sure which way to go so was hoping to get some feedback from some of the outdoor vet's that migth still be lingering around here...

Marmot Sharp Point
- Pros: Pit Zips, more relaxed fit (for me at least); adjustable cuffs.
- Cons: No colar cinch like others... Most likely stuck with black, so max heat in sunny weather...

M.H. Alchemy
- Pros: Colar Cinch for a snug fit, form fitting, but probably have to go up a size to gurantee enough freedom of movement (does this jacket break in a little maybe? It's a real close fit between sizes) Lighter color options easily available to me so I don't bake in the sun.
- Cons: cuff doesn't cinch down, no pit zips so possible overheating issues? A little stiff feeling...

Ibex Neve
- Pros: Colar Cinches, cuffs adjust, burly construction seems most durable, nice simple form/function build.
- Con: Not as soft on the inside, feels stiff, no pit zips on last years that I'm looking at (can't find deal on this years), one extra external pocket is pretty small..

Others?

Pretty much all can be found for a reasonable price with a little looking... But am torn on final decision...

Use: Cold weather hiking, backcountry snowshoe/splitboarding, and some resort boarding... Temp range with arobic activity from single digits to 50's... Don't need full on rain protectioin, but must wick/breath well and resist wetting out do to snowmelt, etc..

Any feedback would be appreciated...
