I'm trying to decide between:

05-06 Agency Tro'It $199
05-06 Ride Flight Tomcat $239-$249
05-06 Technine MFM Pro $169 shipped

I already bought some 05-06 Burton Mission's but I'm going to return them because they aren't getting that good of a review on several sites.

the bindings are for my new freestyle setup

Freestyle setup:
Board: 04-05 155 Ride DH
Boot: 10.5 Salomon Synapse

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 154
Experience: Advanced. Riding for 6 years.
Budget: No budget constraints.

Freeride setup:
Board: '00 Ride Timeless 158

Considering your weight and want you'll be using the binding for, you will want a composite baseplate as opposed to an aluminum one. You'll get more forgiveness from a composite(it will bend more) which is preferred fror freestyle. You're new freeride binding should be stiffer in the baeplate as you are now at the level that you need immediate reaction as opposed to forgiveness when carving. This means that Ride wouldn't be the best option for your park board unless you pack on another 50+lbs :D You should check out the K2 Formula also. At $179ish it's a pretty solid binding that would work well for you in addition to the other two you mentioned. Be sure to bring your boot with you (and board also for width reasons) to check for the best fit. I'll email you that tuning info. today.
