What do you do to clean your tent? I've read to wash it in the tub with non-detergent soap. What have you used or is there a special tent soap (that's probably jacked up 3000% for something in a 5 oz bottle that we use everyday)?
BTW - I recently got a Mountain Hardware hammerhead 2 and used it this weekend under very heavy rains. Performed great. Now I want to wash the older larger family tent.
Thanks!

I have washed mine in the tub with just water and no detergent. It got it clean enough for me.

I think Jordie's got the right idea. I don't know how dirty the tent is but washing a tent with anything other than just water and a sponge scares me. I have quite a few tents and that is the only way I clean mine. Make sure it's good and dry before you pack it away.

Hello...
I think wash tent with hot water and detergent than it will be very easy for to do so because hot water remove most of thing from the tent.....
