I have a Trangia stove that I am considering up-grading with the multifuel option (which I believe is an adaptation of the Optimus 'Nova'), because I am doing more hiking in frost and snow these days and I think I can save a bit of weight. An MSR would be an alternative, e.g. the Simmerlite. From experience, how does the Trangia multifuel copmare to the MSR Simmerlite, e.g. noise, weight, maintenance etc.?
